It was my first time ever making pizza at home & My dough never rose, I had let it rest for 1 hr and nothing happened. but I managed to make the pizza anyway it was like a thin crunchy crust . Next time while mixing the dough I'll also add the oil as well untill I get a nice ball & then let it rest. Pizza was delicious though

I found this dough to make a fine and tasty pizza crust. It was easy to work with and seemed to be of high quality. For those of you that had problems with its "stickiness" try using a few small pinches of flour both on the dough and your fingers when spreading it out to make it easier to work with. All pizza doughs that I have worked with will normally be a little tacky like this. I didn't follow their instructions, instead I used my bread maker on it's "dough" setting (23 minutes) and 1/2 cup water to mix and knead the dough and this worked very well also. I am most pleased with this product, it arrived quickly, it's shipping boxes came in good shape and I will definitely be buying it again. (My four star rating is the highest I give, I don't give fives or ones).
