Color not true navy and falls apart with vacuum

This is a great rug from a look and texture standpoint. It is very chunky. Not soft, but I'm using it in an office, no one will be barefoot so I don't care about soft.
Cons-My photo shows the "navy" rug on top of navy carpet. Rug looks more purple than navy.
It is also not very well "loomed" as the loops come up when using a vacuum 😕(see lumps in photos)

I have ordered this rug a few times. It's beautiful and the color is so nice . I always look for it to be on sale since I replace it every 6 months or so. I love the light color but naturally it does get dirty quickly.

I have a smaller dining room ... roughly 10 x 10 and wanted something to finish the space but keep things relatively neutral and I went to 2 stores that are always on trend to get an idea.. (Crate and think Pottery type places) They both had rugs along this line but were much, much more expensive even for a smaller space like mine. I measured my space and felt that a 6 x 6 rug would work well. Ordered this rug with the chunky knot feel. I think its perfect and for $100 I couldn't be more pleased. There was/is no smell that sometimes Jute can have. Shipping was fast (I even got it sooner than Amazon predicted) Jute isnt the same as shag so if you know what you are getting and want a good price this is DEF the way to go.

I originally ordered the Terra and returned due to the color being a little different than the photo ordered the blue to replace it, and I could not be happier. The blue is absolutely gorgeous.
