Great Product!

This product works great for coating fruit, pretzels, and cookies. Very pleased with the packaging that allows the chocolate to be melted in the tray. I re-sealed the left-over chocolate in a Foodsaver bag and kept it in the freezer for future use. Definitely will purchase in the future.
The standard for candy coatings but still a tricky process

Microwave trays and coating-designed chocolate are the best there is, I suppose, but I find it very tricky to work with because it sets up quite quickly.
