I was diagnosed low bone density from a recent exam so I bought this one. They are delicious. After one week's use I do notice improvements during motion in general. I am going to have another bone density check in a year and enter a follow up review to tell everybody is the results are better.

I have only been taking for a few days but I have tried so many calcium tablets,chews,liquid and I was so surprised that these tasted so good easy to chew not all sticky or firm like so many chews or hummus are. I purchased the 100 count gummy bites there mixed flavors as he I personally love these. I wish I'd found these years ago. I have been taking magnesium with out enough calcium so these will be great. I took the cal/mag together and doesn't work for me near as well as the Doctors choice mag.I get here through Amazon. Just needed a good calcium, Vit D and k also to go with it,I found here. I will update this later after I gave been on longer ,but I had to say for as anyone wondering,these are very easy to take and taste very good

five stars because I miss the in-your-face "traditional" (artifical) fruit flavors from childhood. this could definitely be negative for some people, but this tastes like what i grew up with. i use an assortment of single-serving vitamin gummies for a snack instead of candy (fiber, biotin, calcium-- hah!) and these fit right in. there are a lot of calcium chews that i find gross. partly because they're so large. i dig these!
