For the price, a fantastic little food scale.
But the seller didn't list accuracy specifications, only the resolution. So I checked it out and there are pictures included.
*note: all weights (class F) calibrated and traceable to NIST
I Conducted a simple test at 4 test points 1000, 2500, 4000 and 5000 grams and the readings were 1000, 2500, 4001, and 5004 grams respectively
I would put this scales accuracy at +/- 0.1% of reading + 1 gram.
Which for this price is pretty incredible

I bought this because it was the less expensive but still very highly rated pick from America's Test Kitchen online reviews (youtube). It is super easy to use unlike some they tested which had confusing menu buttons and too many features. It is very accurate scale, lightweight and easy to clean. The surface accommodates my largest mixing bowl. I like being able to leave the bowl on the scale and press "tare" between ingredients to keep adding while it's on the scale. Makes measuring so much easier. At the price listed, it's the best on the market.

I purchased this to weigh my bulk supplements for weight gaining and bought some calibration weights to go along with it, based on previous reviews. I wanted to be sure that this $15 (on sale) kitchen scale wouldn't put me overboard for my supplements.
I received my shipment today and immediately set up and tested the scale. Turns out, mine works perfectly. I even went from 50g to 1g and back with no issues. I'll post an update if anything changes, but it looks like this is the scale I needed!

Works great. Very happy with this scale. Purchased to use as part of a weight loss plan. I used it to measure out everything from beef jerky and baked chips to chicken and turkey for on the grill. It obviously isn't solely because of this scale but it has certainly helped in me losing 100lbs so far.

Perfect for what we needed (daily weighing of our pet hedgehogs). We put a flat bottomed bowl on top and turn it on, it automatically zeroes / tares out then we place the hedgehog in the bowl and write down the weight. I know this isn't typical usage. Hedgehogs need to be weighed in grams and shifts of 10 grams can be indicative of issues so we wanted something precise and reliable. We also have used it traditionally.
