The ladder is great. The bolts are horrible

The ladder is great. The bolts are horrible. The bolts have a curved head to fit around pipe, but they don't stay in the right position and turn when tightening them. Don't keep trying to get them on correctly or they will start to strip and you will never get them tight or off. I had to replace one bolt and almost a second one.

I want to like it, it is sturdy and looks fine. All installation is custom, beware. The problem is that its rusts badly and quickly. Rust stains the plastic treads. Hard to believe it will last.
