It works as expected and is the lowest price I could find! Though I wonder to myself, why the heck did I think I wanted 500 of these? As the occasional user for period cramps and headaches, this may have been too many. For heavier users, this may be great. Please don't take with alcohol and only take up to the maximum recommended dose however - too much won't be good for your liver.

Generic acetaminophen (ingredient in Tylenol), lowest price for the quantity that I could find at the time I bought it. I have kidney disease, so I can't take ibuprofen for pain, on my doctor's orders. This works for me for mild pain, a bit of a headache or muscle aches.
