Save your money! I purchased 2 of these and they are both defective. I could overlook the fact that all the instructions were in a foreign language that I did not understand but I cannot tolerate defective merchandise. One of these broke the first time I tried to use it and the second one would not even pierce the skin. Amazon needs to pull this product.

My old one broke & I hated using the Freestyle one. I just love the ease of using it. One handed. Cap stays secure. Great pokes everytime...

Love the fact that you don't have to press the button very hard to get your stick. I'm a bit of a sissy when it comes to finger sticks and I want something that can fire off without my thinking about it too much.

I thought I was purchasing the same item I have been using for some time. This one was clearly not of the same quality. The top resists turning, which is necesary for insertion of the lancet. The button that is used to reset the lancet is also resistant. I am probably going to return this item if I can figure out how to do it. (also, it came in a bubble enveloped and the box it was in was squished. I don't think this accounts for the lack of quality of the product.)
If I prick you, do you not bleed?

I've have doing the lancing for a month and half, so I really can not compare this product to any others. From my usage thus far, haven't had any problems. It did take me a couple of days to zero in on the depth setting and finding a honey spot to draw blood. I am lancing about seven times a day, with little pain.
