Do not expect to get the brush sizes as advertised ...

Do not expect to get the brush sizes as advertised. The smaller brushes we're labeled 1,2,3, and 4 (not 00,0,1,2 as advertised) and the larger brushes we're not labeled in English so I'm not sure on those. The largest is a 3/4 inch (which I already own) not 2.5 inch. It's disappointing because I really wanted the 2.5 inch brush. I can't say on the quality because I have yet to use them.

Got these for painting Sumi-e - the bristles are ok, but since I got the Asian brush holder, this set does not have loops on the back end, so I had to glue loops on them - took me five minutes to add them, and will take 3 minutes to paint bands around the top of the brush, and around the top of the bristles brushes. All in all, this is a good set,

Not the best quality. Brush bristles in the middle of picture fall out, are not even and paint poorly. Won't get it again.

I bought these brushes to work with watercolors. They work great. They hold a lot paint and water. You will not be disappointed if you buy these.
