As far as I'm concerned, this may not be the best "snacking" cheese, but it is absolutely, unequivocally the best cheese for making Baked Macaroni & Cheese, and I would not make Macaroni & Cheese without it. I am known for making the cheesiest, creamiest Baked Macaroni & Cheese, and I attribute that fame to Velveeta cheese! I'd call Velveeta my "secret" ingredient but I don't keep my recipe secret. The ingredients are simple: Velveeta Cheese, Shredded Swiss Cheese, Canned Cheese Sauce, Butter, Milk, Half & Half, and Pepper. Boil the pasta. Mix together and heat the cheeses, milk, butter and pepper. Combine and then bake until bubbly and golden brown on top. I highly recommend Velveeta Cheese for making comfort foods like Baked Macaroni & Cheese, elegant foods like Fondue, a side dishes like Broccoli or Cauliflower with Cheese Sauce. Basically, Velveeta is perfect for ANY dish where you need melted cheese.

Too expensive

Something is wrong. This cheese is "orange" in color, rubbery, and is not the Velveeta I am used to. It should be creamy yellow. This is too orange and tastes not right. I am going to throw it all away. This is awful.

OVER PRICED a rip off I usually love Amazon this makes me want to stop shopping I will shop locally. NO star
