I have loved friendship farmers cheese since I was little. My mother used it in her pierogi and I have followed. It's very hard to find in stores so ordering on line is best. There is nothing that works as well as this cheese for many recipes. I'm so glad it is still available after 40 years. Thank you for a consistently great product.

Why is it so hard to find this product? It's like cottage cheese, but so much better. The texture is firmer and there is no oozing liquid like many cottage cheese products. It's delicious plain or combined with other stuff - be creative.
