We've ordered these loafs of Queso Blanco a few times in the past two years and its always a good experience. The "cheese" always tastes great and is well within the expiration date printed on the product. We'll combine half a block with a can of Rotel tomatoes and its a very quick, tasty meal!

This lower fat version is comparable to real cheese in calories, fat, and calcium. The reason for this review is to let other buyers know the short expiration date, in case you are like me, a single person household. Bought 10/20/14, expiration Jan. 4, 2015. The shelf life on this product in stores is considerably longer. I bought this thinking it would last a long time and there is no way I can eat 3 32ounce bars in 2-1/2 months. I will search online to find out if I can freeze it without losing the melt factor. I wish there was a way to know the expiration date before we buy.

I love having Velveeta on hand. Oh my gosh, there are so many thing you can do with this. To name a few I have tried, toasted cheese sandwiches, add to any pasta, add to omelets, make cheese dip, place over any veggie and microwave a few seconds and the flavor is so good. I have also added this to soups to give them a creamy-cheesy taste. Unlimited uses and a great buy, delivered to your door. Does not have to be refrigerated till opened. I get the three packs at a time. Forgot to mention, make white gravy and blend in Velveeta cheese and stir to make Macaroni and cheese. You can also bake it, but I prefer mine right off the stove so you can lick the spoon..-my grand
kids love to do this.. This is nothing like the macaroni mixes you buy at the store, this is the real thing..
