This little dog is breathtaking. Literally and figuratively. It came in almost perfect condition in a perfect box. It would be perfect for my elderly grandmother who lives in a nursing home. It has a little brush and the battery and you brush the hair straight and it's absolutely the most real looking puppy I've ever seen. My only one complaint which does not affect the stars given is that there really should be an on and off switch for the battery.

My 13-year-old Yorkie passed away recently and I miss her so much I can't hardly function. I still have her bed by my desk that she used to sleep in all day while I worked. I read the other reviewers' problems with theirs making noise and perhaps the manufacturer has made some changes because mine is completely silent and makes no noise at all.

This is adorable! The breathing is very lifelike. My only complaint is that it is very small, tiny puppy sized. My daughter wanted a puppy for Christmas, and was very specific on the breed. It was ALL she asked Santa for. We were not up to a new puppy this year, so this had to do. Luckily, she loved it. We turned it "on" on Christmas Eve, and it's STILL breathing, hasn't been turned off or needed batteries replaced at all.
