I gave this a four, but it is just my personal preference..... The coffee is strong without a bad after taste and most folks would say the coffee is very good. For my taste, it taste like very strong regular coffee... not what I had expected from Green Mountain. I have frozen mine to use when I run out of my favorite brand. The packaging is very good, separate boxes so you can store in the refrigerator. The shipping was fast.

Coffee flavor is great! Bought a new Keurig, because the grounds were getting in the inside of the old one and coming into the cup it was brewing in. The new Keurig machine arrived and we immediately put it to use. After a few coffee's were made, the grounds were on the inside of the new Keurig! After this happened, we started paying attention to the K-Cup and discovered the top is not sealed properly and the grounds were spewing out the sides during the brew. The top was literally separating from the cup portion. If they design the K-Cup better, it would be a 5. We bought a new Keurig and that was a waste, because that wasn't the problem.

Green mountain Dark Magic cups are good, but multiple orders of these from Amazon have been either defective or counterfeit. They have a distinctly off/bitter taste versus ordering direct from Green Mountain, and the seals often pop off the lids during brewing spilling a ton of grounds into the cup. Amazon needs to clean up their supply chain.

One of my misgivings with Keurig coffee is that I never tasted a strong enough brew in my travels. When I got a 2.0 maker as a gift, I got to sample a variety and found the Green Mountain Dark Magic coffee to be the best tasting of all the samples I have tasted, enough for me to order the 90 pack for good measure. I like a bold coffee taste, not just "burnt roasted beans" but honest to gosh flavor so this is my pick.
I like a strong cup of coffee, no additives please but, I hate the bitter flavor that some dark coffees have.

I Love strong coffee. The kind you get if you are sitting in a cafe in Majorca. K cups are the only way for my husband and I to handle coffee. He likes his coffee to look like tea. I don't like it if I can see the bottom of my mug. This is a good strong cup of coffee for those of us who love the taste of coffee and don't want to drink a quart of water (just kidding hubby).
