A very difficult spice to locate in my area. Purchasing Fine Herbs from a spice store did not work, very little flavor. Consequently, I looked at amazon for Spice Island Fine Herbs and they are undoubtedly the best. It is a season I use frequently on vegetables and bread. So happy that I was able to purchase through Amazon

Try it instead of Herbs de Provence

This herb mixture is great for seasoning soups and pastas. It's so much better than Herbs de Provence. for my homemade chicken stew.
