I love the versatility of these soy curls. Basically it replaces the look and feel of meat/chicken in dishes. I don't use them all the time but occasionally and love the fact that they are NON-GMO (wouldn't buy otherwise). My husband absolutely loves the barbecue I make with them!

Absolutely wonderful. Hydrate, flavor, cook. I usually prepare separately from my other food items, then add to the mixture once it's ready. Great for stir fry, vegetarian chicken soup, etc. Practical to keep even for non-vegetarians like myself as a great meat substitute when you're trying to make the paycheck go a bit further, and I've even managed to get it to taste like bacon!

This is my favorite meat-substitute vegan/vegetarian food. I don't usually try to use meat substitutes, a vegetarian dish should stand on it's own legs with out having to pretend that it has meat in it. However, some of this with some good home made bbq sauce, collard greens and black eyed peas...

These are the greatest! Pure soy product which contains the whole bean, no soy isolates, non GMO and no other additives. Plus, grown without chemical pesticides and made in the USA! These rehydrate easily and take on the flavors of whatever you are cooking them with. Final texture is like chicken. So easy to use! I buy them by the bulk and keep them in the freezer so they will stay fresh. A good source of plant based protein and a good source of fiber. A heart healthy, natural food.
