Healthy, non GMO and Great Flavor

I've been using Wheat Montana's Prairie Gold Wheat for over 15 years. It has a mild wheat flavor, and the flour grinds up white, even though it is whole wheat. So, your bread looks like a nice loaf of white bread, but with all the nutrition of the more traditional darker whole wheat. The flavor is also lighter than the flavor of the darker whole wheat grains. I like freshly ground whole wheat flour as it retains the wheat germ which makes it more nutritious. So, when I grind up a bunch of flour, I always store the left overs in the freezer in an airtight container. It even tastes fresh after a year in the freezer!!!

I have done reviews for Wheat Montana several times on Amazon. I always buy this before any other brand. I hand clean all my wheat, and this seems to be the cleanest. I do buy Augason Farms, which comes sealed (except for the one which was broken open in shipping, which, I then hand cleaned), so I usually leave it sealed and don't clean it right away. I will buy Wheat Montana so long as they keep shipping it. Boy has the price of all wheat gone up.
