This is a "staple" spice in my cabinet, but I was having difficulty finding it in the local grocery stores. So, I thought...AMAZON!! And sure enough, thank God, it was available through Amazon. My family loves my roast. Beau Monde is what makes it so delicious.

Not much to say, this spice is not readily available in the grocery stores so I bought it here. Looking forward to making dip and rye bread at Christmas.

This is a wonderful, non-overpowering seasoning. Can definitely taste the celery and the salt, the rest is a soft flavor. Would be nice in a sauce, or in a fresh soup, even over salad. Can't wait to try more things with this.

It's been quite a while since I've used this spice because it's not available locally.But amazon came through and now my spice rack is complete.Mom used to sprinkle some Beau Monde as she was fixing her perfect scrambled eggs. Not salty,just a hint of celery instead.
