I love the taste of this smoky chili powder
Bos'n•December 23, 2017
I love the taste of this smoky chili powder. No, it's not very spicy. You can add hot cayenne or other hot peppers to make your recipe hotter and still retain the nice smoky flavor of this chili powder. It's the best.
I like the glass jar it's in for protecting the freshness.

Simply the best tasting and highest quality chili powder! It doesn't depend on heat for its delicious and authentic flavoring. I wouldn't use any other brand for my Mexican dishes.

Not my style

I don't much care for this chili powder, the flavor is too smoky and it lacks kick; it's also pretty pricey. Mexene Original Chili Powder Seasoning is much better in my opinion.
Best Chili Powder on the Market

This powder has a distinctive flavor that is smoother than all of the others I have tried. This is not a hot chili powder, but it does have a nice little bite. The more you use the hotter it gets, but as a Texan I would consider it to be a mild chili powder. It blends easily in liquids and stocks, and it retains it flavor for years if capped. Even after adding hot peppers and other spices and foods to your dish, you can still taste the wonderful flavor of this spice.. Yummy!
