This is the best Panang Curry I've ever had outside of a legit Thai restaurant, and still better than I've had at some as well.
Full of incredible flavor; I love it.
If you prefer spicy panang curry (I do) and you follow the portion directions on the container, it's kind of weak (a very light pink). To fix this, I use 3-4 times as much as it calls for, it's still full of flavor, and has a bit of spice to it. More of a deep orange. (I order spicy level 5 at thai restaurants, so maybe make your first batch in accordance with the instructions, then increase it as your taste allows)

If you love panang curry at Thai restaurants, this enables you to duplicate it at home. The recipe on the package will make a very spicy/hot curry. I had to cut it down down my children although my husband and I love it as written.
