Non stick so easy to clean hopefully.

It looks like it will work well, but it doesn't look like the picture. The photo has holes in the bottom of the unit so it can drain on the BBQ. One received is solid.

I love the beer can chicken recipes and this allows me to do that quickly and easily in my oven.
