I've been using Flex for over a year in pill form with fantastic results. I suffer from general knee pain and was extremely skeptical when my dad said this stuff helped him out. But, I tried it out, and the improvement was so noticeable that I made taking the pills as part of my daily routine.

However, I freaking hate taking pills. Especially 8 of them at a time. So when a Powder version of Flex came out, I jumped on it and bought it asap.

The good: It still works amazing, and the flavor isn't terrible.

The bad: You need a shaker cup to mix the powder properly. I tried just using a spoon to mix the powder into a water cup and the powder just globbed up into chunks and ended up getting stuck on my spoon. The only way for it to completely mix it was for me to put it into a blender cup and shake the absolute crap out of it lol It worked, and tasted great, but I'm not about to dirty up a shaker cup every day that I'm not working out. They need to work on making it easier to mix.

So far so good. I am aware that is not a remedium for all joint pains but seems to reduce it a little bit. Less than month of use so can't tell much more, but even this short period shows it works somehow. The only disadvantage is the size of packs. Seriously? Together with Animal Pack, it is about 15 pills to take, or more, and they are not small neither.

I was taking this supplement and when i stopped started having knee pain after doing squats, the pain got so bad it would hurt while i was simply sitting down, I started taking it again without hoping to get any benefit from it and actually noticed my pain is gone and i can squat again, i also had some stiffness in my shoulders and thats also gone

I divided each sachet for half - ate each half with breakfast and lunch or dinner. I bought it for my elbows and knees, and I noticed it also helped with my shoulder (I stretched it swimming in big waves). After a half of year shoulder and elbows are good, knees - better then before Animal flex, but worse then just after I consume the whole can.

Had high hopes after researching, and all the reviews. Not receiving any noticeable benefit to continue taking after several weeks. Everyone responds differently and I cannot judge these based on my personal experience for efficacy as the reviews are high in general. Everyone is different and their needs and makeup are unique so I am certain these help some people and not others. Largest of these pills (4) are easy to swallow. I did not like taking so many pills on top of my other supplements.
