Wobbly connection in the middle trunk. Hard to replace bulbs, and it comes off quite often.

Still undecided, used it for 4 days so far and had to replace 1 bulb in each unit. (Purchased 2) the bulbs are loose in the sockets (when you screw in the bulbs all the way, they are loose.) I think it is the mounting of the socket to the arm or something. When they worked, they worked very well. when I needed them most they didn't. I had to stop everything at my food booth and go out to buy new bulbs. (Bulbs are not the problem with this unit, although they seem cheap) The problem seems to be with the fixture/socket. May try to handyman fix some of the issues although I shouldn't have to on a brand new product. Overall, I think you may be taking a risk on getting a good one. From the other reviews, this seems like a great product. My experience is quite different after only a few short days. I will update this review as time goes on as to the durability and customer service if I keep having issues. This is a very simple basic device, two light bulbs on a stand, with an on/off switch. For the life of me I can't see why Quality is such a problem here.

Be prepared to buy light bulbs as the ones that came with it were no name / cheap quality ones that lasted about a week with me using it for just an hour or two each day
