Been operating every weekend for three winters. Takes the hot air from the pellet stove room to the rest of the house. Don't even need the oil heat when the stove is running

Nice and quiet, although I like a little more power but still it did the job. I bought 3 of these already about to buy a 4th one. Hopefully they last. Time will tell.

This was a fairly easy install. The instructions make the job a little harder than it has to be, so if you are handy you will probably forego the instructions...but be warned, they do not leave a lot of forgiveness in the hole diameter for installation. You need the hole to be within millimeters of the exact size or you will not be able to screw the unit to the wall. It runs great, not very loud...no vibration yet but it's not whisper quiet. Kinda like an airconditioner but not as loud. Moves a good amount of air too! I'm happy.
Keeps my network closet cool.

I have a closet with a bunch of high end network gear in it. It was getting so hot in there that I was getting worried so I bought this fan and mounted it in the drywall above the door to the closet. Now it stays a nice room temperature in there and I don't feel like I have to worry about my network equipment overheating. It is also a lot quieter with the closet door closed and the fan running than open and no fan due to said network equipment. This was the perfect solution to my problem.
Installation was easy with good instructions provided. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking to cool off a hot room in the house.

I am very pleased with this purchase. My office has quite of bit of electronic equipment (several computers, NAS device, UPS, hard drives, monitors, etc) that run all the time an I am on a shared AC unit with several other offices. I purchased this and had it installed to vent air into the room next door. My office that was excessively hot unless I froze out the others in my building is now nicely cool even with the door closed. The fan does not appear to be overly loud - it doesn't generate noise noticeable over the existing white noise created by the aforementioned gear in my office anyway. If you were using it in a small, silent room you might be able to notice it but it still shouldn't be intrusive or annoying.
