These are pretty good but made mainly for urinary incontinence. That said I am glad I had them on hand. They are really made to wear just once whether they were necessary or not. They seem to fit snuggly but in my experience they do not work as well as I had needed them. This many will last me a long time and I will probably buy them again; but I might look around to see if there is another brand and give it a try.
The flex-fit design works! Wear them backwards for extra protection when #2 is your issue.

With a recent bought of colitis, uncontrollable diarrhea was a big problem. Most adult diapers are focused on bladder issues, but I found that wearing these backwards, with the flex-fit design moved he padding to wear I was protected no matter what position I'm sitting on laying in. Way to go Depend's!

This last order was poor quality and was much thinner than the last order. It did not do the job, I had to change my husband completely seven times yesterday. The code on one of the packages was "LF5 364 15 X 19:46" DEPEND for men S/M 28- 48 in 115-190 lbs., 32 count and the color was a darker grey than usual Purchased on Jan. 17, 2016. Please reply on future orders.

They are vastly superior to the "bargain brand". It is highly worth spending a little more and getting a product that will protect you better. To begin with, these have a lot more absorbent material than the "bargain brand"; that is plain to see. They also grip and fit better.
None of these products is perfect, but you want the one that performs better than the others. Leave the "bargain brand" behind on the shelf.

Depend is a very well known product and it is really good. I have no problems with these and use them frequently. I had read in some other review that they liked another product better. It was the Tena underwear for men (pullups). I tried them, too, and found that they are softer against the skin. They seem to fit my body a little better. I wear a different size in the Tena. I have never had a leak including an unwanted smell with either product. The Tena is a tiny bit higher but if you work at it you can sometimes find them for less. When anyone compares prices, they should be sure to be comparing apples to apples or you will be sorely misled. The one thing that is obvious at first sight is that the Tena has a thicker pad. I have never done any kind of liquid saturation test; so, I don't know if the Tena will actually handle more liquid or not. All I know is that both products work well for me. I just like the Tena a little better in the comfort while wearing them. My wife, Misty, says she can't tell when or if I am wearing either product. Vanity, I guess, but that is important to me. I don't want that to be what someone is thinking about when I am in their presence.
