Recommended by my doctor. I'm elated that it has all the amazingly healthy ingredients AND tastes good. It has a nice, mild chocolate taste. I mix it with the Greens First Mint flavor. (Greens First and Greens First Boost are different products and should go together- compare ingredients of both). I just mix a half scoop of each with 8oz of water and ice and shake it. No chalky, goopy, thick, powdery texture or clumps left at the bottom. It's thin/fine enough to completely dissolve in water and just shaken. I slurp it down so fast because the taste is good. It's not "delicious"- like I don't crave it as if it were a milkshake etc. but when I crave candy and sugar, I reach for this and it curbs the craving and leaves me satisfied. I'm hypoglycemic and this stuff regulates my blood sugar amazingly.

Hi I've been taking Greens First for a few months now. I have tried the regular, chocolate and vanilla. They are all wonderful. I have tried so many different green drinks and they all taste like you are eating your front yard. Yuck!!! These however are sweet and minty and taste really good and they work.
I have had a lot of tummy problems and leg pain and the longer I am on these the better I feel. I have more energy and am not as tired as I was. I highly recommend these greens.
They won't make you gag or want to throw up. They aren't a piece of chocolate cake but they are very good and they really do help you.

I have been drinking the greens first drink for a few years. I try to have one every day to help make up for what I miss in my diet. I have also been trying various supplements to try to increase my energy. So, I added this to my intake. The taste when mixed with the Greens is excellent. My energy is good but I'm not sure how much of it comes from this drink. I am very happy with this purchase. I haven't critiqued the contents that much, but I will certainly do that before I buy it again. I did take a quick look and wasn't overwhelmed with the % of daily vitamin intake it provided. I"ll check again though.

Great additive to chocolate greens. I add in one scoop of boost, one of chocolate greens first, and one of chocolate orgain protein. Almond milk, blend with ice. Chocolate deliciousness.
