The package came (see photo) as a big chunk of chocolate that melted and stuck together. Disappointed.
Little chocolate bar treats!

We love these so much that we use them as little chocolate treats rather than for baking. My husband who is diabetic loves the little squares for portion control. The taste is very rich, so just a few of the darker chocolates satisfy that sweet tooth. We are so disappointed that the supplier won't ship to Alaska. We would pay the extra postage for these little treats!
There is no such thing as too much chocolate.

They should call it Scarfing Berger's chocolate it's so good. Break square in half; let melt on tongue. Repeat. Haven't gotten around to making cocoa yet, waiting for the temp to drop for that. 70% cacao is that perfect blend of bitter and sweet. This was a hedonistic purchase; and I'm so glad I did it.
