No pizza dough can hide from this thing

This is a quality kitchen tool. I bought it exclusively for dividing up pizza dough into individual dough balls. It works great. I read several reviews and evaluated other brands before buying this one.
The edge isn't sharpened like a knife. It is just thin sturdy metal. It cuts dough totally fine. I think some reviewers are expecting this to be a sharpened blade, which it isn't!
I read reviews for OTHER brands that said the metal arrived with oil on it. It sounded like they were dirty from manufacturing. That majorly turned me off considering we are talking about a kitchen tool that will come into contact with food. This led me to discover the Sani-Safe product. It looked like a quality + clean product... which it is.
Happy with my purchase. Works great for pizza dough. And let's get real, why bother make anything besides pizza right???

Who knew this tool would be so handy. I love it! I chop a lot of veggies for the saute pan. This tool works fabulously transitioning from the cutting board to the pan. And I use it to scrape little crumbs off the counter to the waste container. Easy to clean and doesn't take a lot of space in the kitchen. Try it out.
