I drink coffee the way an alchie slugs down beverages like water, and love coffee flavor strong flavored with cream and sugar. I found this brand from a journey of trying to find something as strong and sweet as turkish coffee and vietnamese coffee but easier to make with a coffee press and having an easier time with clean up. I really like that this is pre-ground because it is one less step to think about in the morning. Sometimes the weaker coffees lose coffee flavor when sweetened but this does not that that problem. This coffee comes out thick and holds well and even enhances flavored generic store bought creamer. The regular grind is coarse grind and perfect for use with coffee press.
4 bricks in a pack means you won't worry about running out too quickly.

New Orleans favorite. If you're from NOLA you already know that CDM stands for Cafe du Monde. It's the same coffee served in the restaurant, but cheaper than the tourist red cans. Rich coffee and chicory, just add steamed milk for a cafe au lait. You'll have to make your own beignets.
After a couple of sips I thought this would make good cold brew iced coffee

I bought this early spring to give it a try and following some online advice I used it hot with cream and sweetener. After a couple of sips I thought this would make good cold brew iced coffee. Fast forward to this summer and I used it in a cold brew and this is where it shines. The chicory goes very well with nut flavored syrups like Almond or Hazelnut. It does make a strong brew, so plan on cutting with either water or with flavored creamer. For the summer I mix up a batch of 1 Qt. milk, 8 Oz. Sweetened Condensed milk, 3 Oz. Torani vanilla syrup, 3 Oz. Hazelnut or Ameretto syrup and because I don't work any longer 4 Oz. of Kahlua. Mix 60 40 and pour over ice and you are good to go.
I have found my forever coffee.

This is the real deal. This is some darn fine coffee. Dark, rich, almost chocolatey, low acid, mild chicory flavor. Very reasonably priced, and the bricks store and keep well. I may even subscribe to this.

Not as strong a chicory flavor as Cafe du Monde but a good coffee at a cheap price if you like chicory flavor.
