Very Satisfied with item purchased, Item met my expectations and was delighted to see it was brand new and works very well and efficiently. I am very satisfied with product quality and performance, regarding durability I can only mention after a couple of years, I hope it will last without any problem for another 5-7 years.
Leaking jar

I bought this product in Apr 2017.
Pros: Light weight metal jars instead of plastic. It grinds nice and fine quickly.
I had the following concern about leaky jar when i bought. I made a complaint to their reps in NJ. She responded immediately and send us new jars as a replacement. It did arrive in few days and they works great. Also she emailed the return label for the leaky jar. We are happy about the service and i give 4 stars.
Cons: We get the oil or grease smell that was used while manufacturing. It still continues after several rounds of soap cleaning.
I can see traces of liquid over the plastic bottom (inner edges or wall) side of the jar. I am not sure where this traces are coming from? Is it really a leak? I didn't expect this from a brand new piece. I am bit worried how this will be as the product get old.
Appreciate if someone from the seller side answers for my cons.
