Before I get started with this review, I should give full disclosure that I have Irritable bowel syndrome, or IBS for short. Because of that, I struggle to produce stool, even going as long as a couple of days before having to go. This leads to extreme build up and eventually abdominal pain. This product has changed my life forever. For less than $9, I can get 250 probiotic pills. You only need to take one a day to have this run it's course. Meaning if you took 1 a day, this one product can last you 250 days. Again all for less than $9. Despite my IBS, when this product finally ran it's course, I was producing large amounts of stool with absolutely no difficulty. Prior to this I was taking 4 laxatives a day and it still couldn't do the job like this product does. Take my advice... IBS has no cure, but this product will definitely take good care of your IBS related issues.
