Terrify product to start the day with the protein your body needs! It's a great meal to keep your loss of weight goals consistent. I've added fresh fruit to create lots of daily breakfast variety.

I had big hopes for this shake. The reviews were fairly positive. I am not sure what others were tasting, but this shake was fairly awful. NS has high quality products and they are some of the best out there. I love their products, but they keep missing on a good tasting shake. Over the years, I keep searching for shakes that do not have any chemicals or high sugar levels and non GMO soy...especially those without aspartame and sucralose. NS has had some over the years, but they have not been very palatable. I have tried every shake imaginable from NS and others. I say this having used a shake from another company that is really delicious (but probably not as healthy though it does, thankfully not have aspartame or sucralose). The soy in this shake is probably "cleaner" and not genetically modified. That was important to me so I wanted to switch. Alas, this was really a huge disappointment. It had some strange aftertaste from whatever was used to sweeten it. And it was chalky. I used water and am thinking that the good reviews are from people who added fruit or something else to cover up the taste. My other shake is made with water and tastes really good. When you add other stuff to it, you up the calories and possibly the sugar which defeats the purpose of a meal replacement shake. I cannot recommend this product. I know a good tasting shake since I lost a huge amount of weight using two a day as meal replacements. The only one that is a bit palatable that I have tried (not the one I have used for my own weight loss) is Almased. It is chalky but sweetened with honey and is non GMO. It is also chalky but no bad aftertaste from stevia or monk fruit or whatever (natural but bad tasting) sweetener is trending now. Skip on this one. It has a bad aftertaste. I binned it. Giving up on this shake, but not on Nature's Sunshine which is a stellar company with strict quality control.

I am trying to loose weight, and thought that a meal replacement shake would help me when I get hungry throughout the day. I would not recommend drinking this with just water, (its kind of bland). I decided to put in a blender and mix with fresh bananas, strawberry and coconut milk and it that did the trick.

Has a good flavor and makes my drink tasty as well as healthy
