Love this thing. super smooth, comfortable. replaced an older TruFire I had. Wasn't sure about the actual firing mechanism.... just took a couple of minutes to get used to. Would buy again and definitely recommend.

Liked it at first but started cutting into my D loop. Going to see if I can figure what on the hook it is catching on. I do like the feel and the release style. Just need to fix the issue of cutting into my loop.

This release is like having a custom tuned rifle trigger for my bow! I originally shot this at a local bow shop and loved it, but they wanted $150 for it. I found this on Amazon for a reasonable price, bought it, and absolutely love it.

Pound for pound the best release you can buy. The pivoting head truly helps with balancing your bow while aiming and basically eliminates all torque. I tested this by using my old, $20 release and immediately switching over. Above all else I noticed it made my draw cycle smoother by assisting me in maintaining my form far better than my old clamp release. My biggest concern I had was the hook slipping out of my D-loop, this never came close to happening. I've owned cheaper releases, I've owned Scott's, which I was personally never a fan off, I always felt they were over-priced for what they are. I've always had good experiences with Tru-Fire and this is no exception. I plan on buying a second in the future as a spare.
