This gps mount is really cool. I love that it is compatible with so many brands. It has very strong grip and wont fall. Only reason I am giving 3 stars is because the packaging came destroyed and full of tape to hold it together and also a peace broke after about a year and now itwont hold its suction anymore.

not quite universal, missing the part necessary to mount a magellan 9145. Was able to use velcro and made it work. Good suction mount.

In my opinion, all the makers of automotive GPS units should be shot because the GPS units are an engineering disaster.
This product goes a long way to providing some much needed flexibility as to where you mount the thing.

I needed to eliminate the suction cup for my TomTom Easyport mount, as it was wearing out. I have a ProFit bracket on the dash, so this kit allowed a rigid mounting that will not fall apart while driving. I might buy another one for my other car.
