Best travel pillow I've ever owned!
Amazon Customer✓ Verified Purchase•August 15, 2017
I'm glad I held off replacing my old travel pillow because this one wasn't around at the time I needed a new one. It gently cradles your head, neck and shoulders, helping you to relax. The fabric is very soft and there was no "memory foam" smell at all. There are little pockets for your cell phone, or keys. I wouldn't recommend putting it in the travel bag it comes in since this foam could break in two over time (happened to me once before).
comfortable. Used on 5

Portable, comfortable.
Used on 5, 6, and 11.5 hour long flights to various places. Worked especially well on the 11.5 hour flight to Japan where I could tuck the blanket they gave me under the neck pillow, put an eye cover over, and place the pillow they gave me behind my back for lumbar support. Was able to sleep for 2-3 hours which was enough for me.

Just got back from a 16 day trip with 8 flights and 2 long car rides....
This pillow is a life saver. Get it now.
It packs down to a very manageable size and it has a great method to secure around your neck.
Pros: Quality build, great foam, comfortable, supports the neck without choking you out or falling off.
Cons: Wish they had a kids size.

Foam broke in half

Update: Seller sent message and will be in contact regarding issue.
The foam broke in half (in the back of the neck and weakest point) after several uses. When it worked, it seemed to work well. However, $39 for something that will break after a few times isn't good.

These are really comfortable and they do not become to warm during the flight. They are soft and still supportive, contrary to the blow-up ones.
You put them on and then forget about them for the rest of the flight. What I also liked that my neck stays warm, does not get cold and stiff from the air in the plane -- the roll-up or folding feature is handy since you can put them away inside the back-pack
