I try to eat as little wheat flour products as possible to keep my A1c lowered. I am using more and more buckwheat products. The crispbread is bland but has a wonderful crunch. A little buttery spread or dip make it delicious. Any of the nut butters and spreadable fruit products also add to the flavor. I can make my lunch of these crackers.

I like the taste and the crispiness of this product. It is less tasteless than rice crisps, and being from Russian culture, I like buckwheat period. I usually eat it with peanut or almond butter with a cup of coffee for an afternoon snack.
However, the product got has different nutritional characteristics from the label pictured. The crisps are bigger and have 55 calories per a serving instead of 44. The amount of servings is not easily identified (55 cals per 15 grams, one crisp weighs about 8 grams, so two pieces will be closer to 58 calories instead of 44. Not a big deal, but I like getting what I think I am buying, hence four stars.

Extremely difficult to chew!
Deanna Hamm•September 29, 2014
Extremely difficult to chew! It was pretty much inedible, both taste and consistency were bad. The only way I could possibly eat it would be to submerge it in soup until it softened into a "dumpling consistency"... but it would be a bad tasting dumpling. I've tried other brands of gluten-free Crispibread, and they were tasty.... this one is sub-par. The "rice" version was a little better... not great, but more like a crunchy cracker with a ricecake flavor.
OMG...these are Amazing!

OMG...these are Amazing! I just tried these for the first time. I eat very Healthy and rarely eat anything from a box. These taste great and are crunchy. I love crunchy! Only two ingredients they are low sodium. I am thrilled and will buy these forever! Yummy Yummy!
I buy these by the case!

My initial try of these was to take one out and eat it, plain and dry...not real impressive. Then I tried them as a base for a moist topping (even tuna or chicken salad) and enjoy them very much. Even eat them plain now when I need to eat something crispy! Finding suitable GF substitutes and adjusting to the new diet takes some time, but when you realize the benefits of "being good," it's so worth it! Try this: spread with cream cheese then spread with a berry jam (yesterday we did black currant...oooh, yummy!). They are very crunchy/dry and must be eaten over a plate or you'll be covered with crumbs!
