Item is durable. Lifts my Navigator never had any issues. 31/2 ton version as any other jack makes hella noise moving down the driveway gets stuck on small things like plastics. Heavy asf and can definitely be used as a weapon.
Haven't used it to jack up any car yet. Got a question though.

What is the part circled in red in the attached picture? It's moving around as I pump. It appears the product pictures also show that to be irregularly located. So most likely it does not matter? It would be good if this is explained in the manual, which brings me to another point--the manual could be seriously improved. Take the oil filler plug for example, nowhere is it labeled in the manual, and I had to rely on the review section to find out where it is. And by the way, the screw size for the plug is #3.
