Spain, of course, produces the most and the best olive oil. This is not the best, which now sells at outrageous prices, but it is certainly a very good quality and acceptable for all cooking as well as for sauces or simply a dressing for salads. EVO is always best stored in a can to protect from sunlight. As others have complained, these cans do arrive dented, or at least mine did. Not sure this is Amazon's shipping fault (which I doubt); I think they received them that way. When I bought these directly from Spain they were not dented. In any case, it doesn't affect the taste at all. What is nice is that they now have added an actual spout, with a
screw-on plastic top, which makes pouring much easier than it used to be. This is a bargain for the price, and I would recommend the subscription as a real bargain

Flavor is very good, but can is deceptively small. I thought I found an awesome price, until I received the product and saw how tiny the can is. The image is magnified in the picture. I should have paid attention to the ounces listed as only 24 ounces. Here in New York, you rarely see a small amount of olive oil in a tin. It usually comes in a glass or plastic bottles. A tin on the other hand is usually 101 ounces, which is what I thought I was getting. My bad. for 24 ounces the price was no bargain.
