Worked as it should for half a day (yes it is hard to hold when extended but that is to be expected) but when after a few minute rest when I hit the trigger nothing came out of the end. I heard it pop and that was that. Trigger would pull in but nothing worked. I bled it down and removed the tip and found a piece of rubber in it. Something let go in the valve I suppose. Returned it for a full refund.

Used this today for the first time. I've used a pressure washer for years so very familiar with handling the wand but this thing is a monster. I highly recommend the support belt. This is a heavy tool. It needs to be to extend as far as it does. It will take some getting used to using. It is well made although mine came with missing lock lever and bolts hence the 3 stars. This is not a toy. Advantage is it will reduce the amount of ladder time i'll need to clean the house.
A Real Workout

This product performed pretty well, but you can count on a real workout. With a 4000 psi pressure washer, using this wand at full extension is very tough. Brace yourself and count on the top segment flexing backwards about 25 degrees when you pull the trigger. It does allow you to get to the top of the eaves on a two story house at a good cleaning angle. It's heavy, but you wouldn't want a lightweight piece of equipment to handle the strains involved with this job.
I just wish my ability to handle it was as good.

This is a quality piece of equipment. I read all of the reviews about how difficult it is to maneuver and control, and hold on to, but I decided to throw caution to the wind and buy it anyway. I'm not very strong, and even with the belt it is cumbersome and heavy for one person to handle. However I am keeping it and here's why. with the correct foaming nozzle I can use it to get cleaner/bleach to the highest parts of my house and that is all it takes to turn our vinyl siding white again. It definitely gives me a workout, but bought it knowing all of the difficulties I may have. I'll repeat, this is a very high quality tool. I just wish my ability to handle it was as good.
I'd rather hire someone....

Extremely difficult to use when it was extended. It was very difficult to retract the pole also. Once it was fully extended it was so hard to maneuver to clean my gutters. Was faster, cheaper and easier hiring someone to clean them by hand.
