I saw one of my favorite cooks using this the other day and thought I'd give it a try. I'm pretty picky when it comes to olive oil as there are so many that are either not true or way to spicy in flavor. My go-to has always been Frantoia but that has now changed!
Frankie's 457 has the most beautiful flavor. Fresh, fruity with the slightest spice in the finish. Perfect drizzled on burrata (my fav), salads, crostini, etc.
