Not the highest quality I have seen, but it does work. I keep it on my RV Breaking system battery and although it does not actually charge the battery, it DOES maintain it to keep it from just going dead. And, that is all I was looking for. Not so sure it is waterproof, I can see between the seams and I applied silicone just to help seal it. The alligator clips are horrible, I cut those off and hard wired it into my trailer. For the price, it's worth it.
