This item is a dream for those who are forced to use a walker. You have a cloth patrician running the length of the inside giving you 2 compartments. I would have preferred to have had a number of smaller compartments so that things are not constantly working to the bottom. It is similar to a lady having to dig down into her carry all hand bag.

lacks a sturdy 'bottom' for objects to lean on when inside the bag -
(so i cut a rectangular cardboard and placed it there - works fine!)

This bag is perfect for my 92 year old mom, since she insists on taking her bulky purse everywhere she goes. She used to hang her purse on the handle of her walker. Not only was it not secure, but she had difficulty getting to her wallet. Then there was the issue of what to do with her oversized sunglasses that didn't fit in the purse. This bag is the perfect size for her purse, her bulky sunglasses, a small pack of tissues, and whatever else she needs. We turned the bag so that the flap, when closed, is facing her. This gives her easy access to anything she needs, without getting in the way of the seat portion of her walker. The bag is a nice weight and quality, and comes with an additional strap to turn the bag into a shoulder tote when you remove it from the walker. We like the fact that this bag fastens on securely with straps and buckles. No Velcro! The bag is also great for use in the house. No more balancing items on the seat of her walker, only to have them fall off before she reached her destination. She even likes the way it looks, which doesn't happen often!
