I'm not a connoisseur of olive oils but I know what I like. The oil tastes great, smells great and had a great price. I've used it in cooking pasta, used it in marinades and as a dip. It's a large amount for a single guy but it has a generous edible lifespan and I couldn't pass on that much olive oil for the price.
