Utter garbage

Have to give it a star to write a review. It deserves none. Hard to fill despite what other reviewers have said you get what you pay for. It fell apart. I should have taken another reviewers advice and bought 2 50lb sand bags and threw them on top of the umbrella's base and called it a day. Save your money and yourself the frustration.

Works great to keep umbrella in place. A little difficult to fill all of the way with sand. Gets very heavy after the first fifty pounds of sand are in the bag. I've only had it a few weeks so I don't know how it holds up over time, but seems well made and sturdy.

I purchased this in place of those giant base plates for a huge canteliever umbrella. We filled it with sand and it works great. We get a lot of wind gusts across our backyard. This holds the umbrella in place on our deck without it shifting and banging back into the house.
We did not have any problem filling them up with sand and the material has held up great so far

We bough these for our stand alone umbrellas that did not have heavyweight bases. We did not have any problem filling them up with sand and the material has held up great so far. Our only problem is they are not quite heavy enough to keep the umbrellas from blowing over when it is even the slightest bit windy out. If the bag were just a little bit wider, maybe 24x24 and hold a little bit more sand they would be perfect.
Hard to fill but does the job!

It is as advertised. It held 2 bags of sand 50 lbs each. Filling it was a pain and a mess. The velcro opening is very small, large enough to barely fit your hand to scoop in the sand. I used a shovel for the first 25lbs of sand then had to do the rest by hand to prevent spilling of the sand. But once it was filled it does the job! I wish there was a wider one to fully cover my offset umbrella base to prevent stubbed toes.
