Update: Everything is set up, and the machine is amazing! Sews layers with marine vinyl quietly with ease. Very pleased. - Super sturdy machine that I'm looking forward to using. Never had an industrial machine before so I'm still reading up on how it all works. Took one star off as assembling the table was a major challenge. No instructions, and the hardware didn't always fit the table. Contacted seller and got prompt reply and offer of help, but I figured it out by watching lots of online videos and using own tools to drill missing holes and such. Wasn't too easy for me, so wouldn't recommend this unless you're already familiar with industrial machines and tables.

Delivery was on time and packaged well. sewing machine is as advertised! The machine was very tight mechanically out of the box due to the lack of lubrication. and factory settings. You WILL want to make sure to watch the YouTube video; Consew 206RB-5 Maintenance Video Part 1 and Consew 206RB-5 Maintenance Video Part 2. Then use the videos to set up and adjust your new machine. Each video is about 2 hours is length but by the time you reach the end of the second video you should have a good understanding of the sewing machine and it will loosen up and run very smoothly. The documentation which is supplied by the manufacturer is difficult to follow due the lack of detail and language conversion from Japanese to English.

This is a fantastic machine, and the seller was very helpful. I had a little trouble threading the machine the first time. I watched some Youtube videos, but they weren't helpful even though I have experience on industrial machines. The seller walked me through threading the machine. It sews wonderfully.

Here are some things you should expect because it is an industrial machine.

It isn't easy to setup and install. You should look up multiple YouTube videos and watch them. Expect it to take at least a couple hours.

It is an industrial machine, and it isn't easy to use if you haven't sewn on a walking foot before.

You need to push the bobbin case in very hard until you hear it click.

With just a few moments of sampling, the machine itself seems to be heavy duty and working. I'll update on the machine if necessary.
As this is a package purchase, I am commenting more earnestly about the table and instructions.
First, be clear, there are NO instructions. I figured I'm pretty handy and like puzzles. I've got this. Several hours later... here's the problem. The big pieces are easy enough. I can figure out where a leg and a pedal go. What I had no idea about were the bolts, washers, lock washers, screws of various sizes and nails. There is absolutely no direction for what to use where. The machine weighs 80 pounds. It's not like I can just throw it all together and hope my choices are right. Strength is important. I watched several YouTube videos including the one by the seller. Not one video had an exact match for the parts I was sent. Also, not one video showed how to assemble anything beyond the actual table. One mounted the motor. None connected the machine or showed the bobbin winder or anything else. I'm running a business. The down time on this machine due to assembly issues was not acceptable.
Second, the table top is easily chipped. I have several chips (see pics) and I haven't even actually used the machine yet.
Finally, the first table top had a cutout that did not fit the machine. After several calls and numerous attempts to send pics, they finally sent me a replacement top. Same problem. The machine fits in when you set it in the hole to dry run it. After you add the bumpers and hinges, the machine no longer fits. For the replacement top, I explained that the front corners need to be rounder to allow for the bumpers and for the machine to tilt up. They did not make the adjustment, even though if you watch their video of the machine assembly you can see that they have done exactly that. How can they be shipping table tops with incorrect cutouts over and over again?
I ended using my oscillating tool and routing out the corners myself, hence the chipping at the corner that you see in the pic.
Their customer service is extremely friendly. I hate to give such a poor review, but from a business perspective, the whole experience was unacceptable.
