Very good tasting curry paste. Can't find the yellow in my local grocery stores so was happy to see it here on Amazon!

This is the best curry. Just the right amount of heat. 1 can & 1 can coconut milk- perfect ratio. I use this regularly in my electric pressure cooker.

We wanted to try home made curry. We had no clue how to do it and what will be the result. After many search and review reading, we took a chance on Maesri Yellow Curry paste and I can tell you that it did not disappoint one bit! That stuff is GOOD! Taste amazing and even better than most curry in restaurant we tried. We never though that one day we will make it a regular meal in our home but with that paste, it is so easy and fast that it is not a duty to cook a curry at all. We ordered the red and green (and more yellow) from the same brand. This is going to stay a fixture in our pantry. Mixed with Coconut milk or cream, perfect sauce each time.

Very, very good. Significantly less salty tasting than the Mae Ploy brand, which is a good thing when you consider that you're going to be adding in salt with the fish sauce. I use the whole can of paste diluted with about 30oz of liquid + meat and veggies. 0% spicy*. My boyfriend does not tolerate heat well and he had no issues with it. If you want spicy, amazon sells the chili powder you get at Thai restaurants in the spice rack.

*Of course spice intensity is subjective, but I really don't see the heat here.
