We received the item promptly and well packaged. Since arrival we've duplicated around 2500 disks and we are very happy with it. This machine works well both producing single and double layer copies. We did have an issue with poor quality discs taking a long time to write to, but it must have been a bad batch of dvd's as the problem has not continued.We did have some questions which the seller's customer service was very timely and helpful in answering for us.

I purchased the 5 unit copier. Compared to some other duplicators, it was very simple to use. I had a personal project where made 40 CDs with the unit. I used Verbatim printable CD's and I had no failures. The unit checked the drives before starting the process and took about 8 minutes to do a 60+ minute CD. The quality was very good. No problems other than when it is done it does not beep, so if I step away from the unit, I don't know it's done. It does , however automatically eject the discs when it completes a job. Something that I think can be changed in the menu. Overall this is good value for the money. I would by another one if need be.

We needed this for church so we could copy dvds and cds. I was a little hesitant to by it because it was the cheapest and had no reviews. But we took a chance, figured it was Sony so that might be fine, and it is amazing. We regularly burn a ton of cds/dvds with no issues. It is incredibly fast and everything comes out perfectly. it is also very easy to use. I am very impressed. And it was hundreds of dollars cheaper than most other duplicators, so you can't beat that.
DVD/CD duplicator works great. I love this duplicator. It does everything I want it to.

This copier worked much better than expected, fast, accurate and no coasters. Construction to, is old school metal casing, sturdy and high quality feel and weight. Self contained on board program instructions, no computer or outside assistance needed. For the money, this is a marvelous machine.
