I work in a freezer all day and these are working well after about a month. After an hour of handling frozen product the cold starts to seep through but there's only so much a glove can do. Dexterity is only so so. If you have to use a pen or pencil a lot you will need to take them off to write but it's better to have warm hands in my opinion.

I bought this to wear riding atvs and snow tubing this past winter. One night while tubing in the mountains it was -16° and my hands weren't the slightest bit cold. I was outside for 3 hours straight. My hands however aren't super sensitive to the cold as it is but i can survive any temperature wearing these. Finger dexterity isn't the best but far better then other warm gloves I've tried. They're fairly water proof too. Had a few snowball fights and my gloves didn't get wet until about and hour into it but they are so warm that the moisture didn't make my hands cold.
