This is a delicious salad, easy to make and great with whatever vegetables you like. The old directions called for 1/4 cup olive oil, so I usually include more oil, then lemon, tomatoes, and a variety of peppers. Note that this has more bulgar wheat and less parsley than in a typical tabouli, although I prefer it that way. You can always add more parsley to taste.
Love it but be careful of expiration dates

Love it. The case of six I got was to expire in a few weeks though which is lame. I'm still using it anyway.

Love this brand of Tabouli....I've tried a few brands and found it is much better than "Near East" (tastes way too oily) brand which is widely available....so I just order Fantastic through Amazon!
