Citric acid in the ingredients

This has citric acid in it now. The kid is allergic to citric acid. The ingredient list did not say citric acid. COMPANIES quit putting that crap in everything.
Damaged Product!

Received a case of 12 canned whole water chestnuts. The external Amazon carton showed no sign of damage, and the interior Dynasty carton, with the cans in it, showed no signs of damage. In opening the Dynasty carton I found 8 of the 12 cans damaged, 5 of them severely damage to such a degree I was surprised they did not leak! It appears as though the damaged cans were packed by Dynasty, as there was no damage to the cartons. Very disappointing product sales.

Who knew water chestnuts could vary in their freshness? I must have been eating stale water chestnuts all these years because these are completely different and so fabulous! They are large, firm, have just the right amount of texture and crunch to them. I added to my Thai soup and they really transformed my hot and spicy lemon ginger base to a nice flavorful and textured experience. I'm definitely a fan!

Good product. Crunchy and flavorful. Much easier to buy like this than to have to carry all these heavy cans home on the subway from Chinatown.
